Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultations are prepared for individually — including chart study and session design — so late cancellations carry a real cost of time. This policy keeps things fair for everyone.

Individual sessions

• More than 48 hours' notice: reschedule freely, or receive a full refund.
• 24–48 hours' notice: one free reschedule; refunds are issued minus any payment-processing charges.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: the session fee is not refundable, though a goodwill reschedule may be offered at my discretion.

Programmes (e.g. Conscious Transformation Journey)

• Programme fees are refundable in full if cancelled before the first session.
• After the programme has begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable; remaining sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis or rescheduled.
• Individual sessions within a programme follow the notice rules above.

Organisational engagements

Cancellation terms for workshops, keynotes and advisory engagements are specified in each engagement agreement.

If I need to cancel

If a session must be cancelled from my side, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund — your choice.
